YOU ARE HERE: Young people > Contact Us > Your views – comments, complaints or compliments
Now that Connexions Birmingham is part of Birmingham City Council, we are part of the council-wide procedure for dealing with comments, complaints and compliments.
- If you have an idea for how we could do things better, tell us. We can look into your suggestion to see how this might work.
- If something goes wrong when dealing with us, tell us. We will investigate and tell you what we plan to do about it.
- If you’re pleased with the way we’ve dealt with you, tell us. We can copy that way of working elsewhere in the council.
If you’re looking for more help or advice or have a question about a Connexions service (for example, about education options, our job search/vacancies for young people, or training opportunities), please use our online Enquiry Form to get in touch.
