• Connexions should be open out of hours, including weekends and evenings
• Connexions staff should be friendly, easy to speak to and help you make decisions
• Connexions should offer wide support in applications for training, jobs and learning opportunities (including things like filling out forms)
• Connexions main priorities should be to give free unbiased information, advice and guidance to young people
